ภาพนี้คือรอยโรค squamous cell carcinoma ที่อยู่ในระดับไม่ดีที่สุด (poorly differentiated) ในภาพนี้ไม่พบการสร้าง keratin และ tumor cells มีลักษณะต่างไปจาก squamous cell ปกติและมีระดับความร้ายแรงมากขึ้น
